I first connected with Ted Emrich in the summer of 2015 after really liking his play x play demo reel during a screening session. It didn’t hurt that Ted had great referral from Howard Deneroff at Westwood One. Ted called college basketball games on the ESPN networks in the 2015 – 16 season then became the voice of ESPN High School Basketball starting in the 2016-17 season. I was able to see Ted a few times this past hoop season including a trip to Spartanburg, SC on Zion Williamson’s senior night. Ted is a rising star in the business having worked so many marquee events in his young career including The Masters, 2016 Summer Olympics, Jordan Brand Classic and the Nike Hoop Summit.
