Chris Farrow has more than three decades of experience in the collegiate sports production business dating back to college at The University of Connecticut, where Chris worked as a student assistant in the Athletic Communications office. This led to freelance work for networks as a statistician primarily for ESPN and the original Big East Network.   

Chris worked at the Big East Conference as a Production Assistant before moving to Charlotte, NC when the Big East Conference sold their syndication rights to Creative Sports (which later became ESPN Regional Television) in the summer of 1995. At Creative Sports, Chris crewed 1,000+ remote and studio events.  

Chris took on a new challenge at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) working in Broadcast Services and managing all NCAA Productions remote events including hiring and managing on-air talent. Chris’ managed remote events for men’s/women’s soccer, men’s/women’s volleyball, women’s basketball, men’s/women’s ice hockey, baseball, softball, men’s gymnastics and rowing championships.  

In 2005–06, Chris left the NCAA to start his own production company, Farrow Productions, LLC. Farrow Productions managed NCAA Productions remote events and continued to hire and evaluate talent.   

Chris returned to Charlotte in 2006 as a Coordinating Producer (CP) to manage college and high school basketball for ESPN. Chris was a part of various CP teams during 11+ seasons managing nearly 10,000 college and elite high school basketball games as well as college track and field including hiring talent, production crews and managing multi-million dollar budgets annually. 

Chris re-launched his production company re-branded as Chris Farrow Productions on January 1, 2018. Chris Farrow Productions is a division of a DFA Creative, a full-service marketing and branding agency. 

Chris and his wife, Anne-Marie, live in Indianapolis, IN with their dog and two cats. He enjoys movies with his wife, long walks, disc golf and snow skiing.


Mike Moore
Mike Moore, Talent Coach

Mike Moore is an Emmy Award winning video producer with more than two decades of experience producing and leading the production of nationally distributed content with ESPN. As a producer, Mike has produced live and taped programming ranging from college basketball and football to the NBA and NASCAR to NCAA Championship events and Top Ranked Boxing. As an Executive Producer and Sr. Coordinating Producer at ESPN, Mike lead the season-long productions of college basketball, football, baseball, NCAA Championships and various motorsports competitions including IMSA and NASCAR.

An experienced content developer, Mike was on the team that launched ESPNU and saw it grow to distribution in more than 70 million homes. He was also the leader in widely distributed syndicated networks including the SEC, Big 12, Big Ten and Big East. At its height, Mike oversaw the production of more that 100 football and 600 syndicated basketball games a season.

Mike lives in Charlotte, NC and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He enjoys spending time with his family, photography, music, drone flying and volunteering in the community.

With more than 27-years of broadcast experience, Mike Pacheco is an experienced radio/TV play-by-play announcer, talk show host, reporter, studio host, sports anchor, consultant, event emcee and writer. Currently, Mike is a member of the Charlotte Knights broadcast team handling middle innings play-by-play duties for both home radio broadcasts and Saturday night over the air TV broadcasts on Charlotte’s My12 TV.

Additionally, Mike is co-host and producer of the post-game show for the Carolina Panthers Radio Network as well as the television play-by-play announcer on the Big South Network for Winthrop University’s men’s and women’s basketball home broadcasts. On the Winthrop men’s basketball road radio broadcasts, Mike is the color analyst and helps create content for Winthrop’s website and social media channels. He is a rotating co-host on WFNZ’s Primetime hosted by Chris Kroeger and is a substitute show host for the station as well.

Since 2001, Mike has worked primarily in play-by-play roles. In addition, he has spent extensive time as a sports talk and studio host, and served as an update anchor. Most of Mike’s nearly three-decade career in broadcasting has been focused on live sports production and sports talk.

A graduate of Merrimack College, Mike lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, son, two dogs and a cat. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, helping coach his son’s baseball team, building Lego® sets, golf and bike riding. Mike is involved in the community serving on the Board of Directors for the non-profit Hospitality House of Charlotte.
