I met Fran Fraschilla during the 2006 – 2007 college basketball season. He was already working college basketball games for ESPN when I started working for the WWL (world-wide leader). Fran is known for his outstanding work on the Big 12 coverage over the years but he also handles numerous other conferences and is an expert in the international basketball recruiting scene. We’ve remained good friends since I left ESPN, frequently running into each other at various basketball events.
